Dual Video Channel for Various Video Applications
AP-VC2000 video conference equipment supports the dual video input/output channel for effective video conferencing. The first video channel of AP-VC2000 is equipped with RCA, S-video and component (Y, Pb, Pr) video output interface for connecting televisions, and with RCA, S-video for external video camera. The second video channel of AP-VC2000 is equipped with D-sub video in/out interface in addition to video features of the first channel. The D-sub interface of second channel can be used for document sharing via PC VGA In/Output Interface.

In case of MPEG-4, AP-VC2000 supports max. 30 frames of VGA(640¡¿480) images which is considered promising for the high quality video application. The component video output interface of AP-VC2000 supports the 480P, 720P(1280x720) HD video display. In this HD display mode of AP-VC2000, VGA level video image from remote site can be display at HDTV without video downscale. Also AP-VC2000 provides the state-of-the-art video MCU features of AddPac. AP-VC2000 ensures the best performance of the MCU that supports a 4-party video conference. This product can efficiently control or manage the features (e.g. layout change) of video MCU by CLI(command line interface) via telnet(or RS232) or smart multimedia manager.

Not only audio/video service, AP-VC2000 is an integrated, feature-rich network equipment delivering routing, NAT/PAT, DHCP Server/Relay, public IP sharing, QoS features. In today's mixed network of xDSL, Cable, FTTH, Metro Ethernet, Metro ATM, Leased line and dynamic IP environment, not only the ample network service features, but also high-end QoS (Quality of Service) and security features are requested. Based on two (2) 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet ports, AP-VC2000 offers integrated network and security service of LAN-to-LAN routing, bridge and NAT/PAT.
USB Interface
The rear panel of AP-VC2000 has the USB master mode interface. AP-VC2000 supports standard USB flash memory, a USB hard disk, a USB keyboard, and a USB mouse. Several USB devices can be connected by using a USB hub. A separate power supply device should be used for a USB device that needs much power consumption since limited power is supplied to a USB device. If USB memory is used, AP-VC2000 enables a file browser, and decodes JPEG, PMA (video stream format of AddPac), and XVID* (MPEG4, MP3) files. Video data that require much memory can be saved in external USB memory.
