AP-IPC300M IP Camera is a next generation and DSP-based network video encoder with internal camera for indoor and outdoor application, which has been designed to support an optical zoom camera of 30 magnifications, PTZ camera movements (Speed Dome), aluminum alloy chassis (die-casting), 1-Port 10/100Mbps Ethernet Interface, 1-Port audio input/ output interfaces, 2 alarm ports and 1 relay port and can be applied to many different fields such as video surveillances for traffic, environment and disaster on real time basis.
As the user¡¯s interest for IP based high performance video surveillance has been escalating, the IP DVR Video products have become more and more popular. Despite its outstanding performance and spectacular feature of Location Free, comparing to other conventional analog type of video camera solutions, the capital expense of the IP Camera solution has not been affordable. Now, at a reasonable price, you can afford an IP Camera which provides the advanced and integrated outdoor IP video surveillance solution. AP-IPC300M is the outdoor IP video surveillance camera, which has the outstanding performance and supports the feature of Speed Dome with 30 optical zoom. The inside of the IP camera dome is equipped with a fan for cooling and heater for warming, so the camera can respond to any temperature change of outside appropriately.
The AddPac AP-IPC300M can be applied to many different areas of video surveillance through a wide range of WAN type of connections including xDSL, Metro-Ethernet and leased-line. As AP-IPC300M interworks with a variety of the AddPac Video Solutions, such as Multi-Channel Network DVR Solution, you can design an efficient video communication network with a wide range of products depending on a type of application.
Firmware Upgradeable DSP-based Hardware Codec
AP-IPC300M IP Camera supports the video codec formats of MPEG-4 and the voice codec of G.711 and G.726 and processes audio/video encoding simultaneously. The entire structure of Digital Signal Processor (DSP) for video codec is programmable, so the continuous advancement and additional changes of its features are possible. In other words, this DSP can cope with technical change flexibly in future. Whenever adding or changing a feature is necessary, you can download from the website of AddPac or select an option for auto-upgrade, so you can use the latest release of feature easily.
Processing the Video Resolution of VGA at 30fps
AP-IPC300M processes the video resolution of D1(720x480), VGA (640¡¿480) on video codec format of MPEG-4 standard and adjusts an appropriate bit rate and frame rate depending on the given network conditions. By using CCD camera sensor, the IP camera can optimize the video resolution to D1 level. You can choose a video resolution in a wide range of VGA, QVGA, 4CIF, CIF, QCIF depending on network bandwidth and environment.
Managing All the Features Remotely
AP-IPC300M provides the remote access of telnet or ftp to perform system diagnosis, configuration and software upgrade for the purpose of product reliability. For the operation environment of many AP-IPC300M in wide area locations, the GUI-based management system is provided. The web-interface allows you to monitor the operation status of many AP-IPC300M and send audio to the designated destination.
Multi-Channel DVR Feature
AP-IPC300M has both audio input/output interfaces and video encoding features. The audio and, video which have been entered from a branch office, are transmitted, recorded and monitored, by an operator, to the AddPac Network DVR Server such as AP-SNR1016 on real-time basis. The camera is used for unattended duty, environmental monitoring, disaster preparedness and other similar types of video surveillance applications. An immediate reaction can be taken to the point of where an incident has taken a place by audio broadcasting. If the audio input/output port is used for the applications of unattended duty or unattended civil support system, the features of interphone and video monitoring can combined together into one device to configure all the related communication settings.
IP Audio Broadcasting
AP-IPC300M provides the audio output interface basically. Connecting to an external amp speaker, you can use the IP camera as an IP-based audio broadcasting terminal. Integrating with the AddPac Broadcasting Solution, you can perform announcement, music and other diversified broadcasting features. Also integrating with the AddPac IP Telephony Solution (IP-PBX, IP terminal, etc.), you can perform the IP Audio Broadcasting through IP Video Phone and IP Phone. By entering just a phone number, you can perform the broadcasting, so it has an outstanding ability that allows you to react to emergency situation.
Implemented with VoIP Signaling
AP-IPC300M is different from other conventional IP camera and implemented with VoIP signaling feature such as SIP, so the IPC300M has been designed to perform a feature of IP video telephone. By registering a phone number, AP-IPC300M has been configured for easy-to-use. For example, you can monitor the screen of the IP Camera by dialing and connecting to the AddPac IP Video Phone and IP-PBX.
Multi-User Access Feature
AddPac IP camera product family provide the feature to limit the user access feature and time, when many users of traffic monitoring and tour guide access and watch the video of the IP camera. Also for a several hundreds of users to access and watch the video of the IP camera, the AddPac Video-on-Demand Router Solution can be provided for the video casting solutions, which supports the gigabit ethernet and can be used for a large-scale of camera monitoring.
