AddPac IPNext 1000 NGN(Next Generation Network) IP-PBX comes with two(2) 3.5 inch HDD module slot(RAID 1), two(2) fixed 10/100/1000Mbps Giga ethernet port and RS-232C Console port for CLI(Command Line Interface) at the front part of chassis. It also comes with four(4) VoIP interface module slot(8-port FXS, 8-port FXO, 8-port E&M, Digital E1/T1, various broadcasting modules) at the rear part. Analog VoIP modules or digital VoIP modules can be mounted on its VoIP module slot and it provides media gateway capability. It is designed to support up to 32 port pf analog interface.
It features a wide variety of call scenarios such as Basic Call, Coloring Service, Music on Hold, Blind Transfer, Call Pickup, Group Call Pickup, Consult Call, Switching Call, Consult Transfer, Call Waiting, Call Waiting Notify, Call Park, Call Pickup Remote, Hunt Group, supporting SIP, H.323 concurrently. In addition, 3.5 inch Dual IDE high capacity HDD for RAID 1 configuration is well-suited to the services which need sizable memory capacity such as Voice Mail ensuring the system consistency and the high availability.

Intelligent IVR function might be one of the most important features of IP-PBX. IVR requirements from businesses are quite different according to their operational efficiencies. In order to meet their diverse demands, AddPac IP-PBX solution provides the IVR scenario editor and IVR function management tool to bring satisfaction for each business to maximize application productivity by helping them to design and operate their own Call scenario.
Multi-point Conference Call
IPNext 1000 NGN(Next Generation Network) IP-PBX supports DSP based voice MCU module for multipoint conference call. This voice MCU modules support a wide variety of voice codecs such as G.723.1, G.729, G.726, G.711. In case of three-way conference call it supports two(2) sessions basically and up to eight(8)-party voice conferencing is available. Thanks to the Video MCU and sizable voice MCU features, Multi-channel video/voice conferencing system can be established by setting AddPac¡¯s MCU equipment(AP-MC1000, etc) with IPNext 1000.
Firmware Upgradeable Architecture
Hardware System on IPNext 1000 is designed on programmable high-performance RISC CPU and DSP, so that IPNext 1000 is capable of adopting new capabilities and improvement by downloading firmware from website or with its auto-upgrade option on the customers' needs. Moreover, firmware or program version of video phone, IP phone, User Agent program for AddPac¡¯s IP-PBX solution is can be upgraded by downloading from homepage or IPNext IP-PBX. For instance, User Agent program which is the PC based agent program of terminals like IP phone can be upgraded from IPNext 1000 by checking version. If IP-PBX operator conduct terminal¡¯s program upgrading on IP-PBX, it is possible to update the latest protocol or service improvements as well as firmware by checking the version and activating the auto-upgrade while AddPac's IP-PBX power on or booting sequence. To avoid collision of version upgrade and software change, software version management system is designed as Top-Down Architecture.
