AddPac Technology recently released a next generation hybrid IP keyphone system IPNext187 which support 24 ports analog phones/PSTN interface as well as IP (voice/video) terminal. It also supports IVR feature, RTP proxy feature, user presence feature, UMS (Unified Messaging Server) feature, media service (ring back tone, music on hold, announcement) feature and UC (unified communication).
IPNext187 is developed under high performance embedded RISC and supports various IP application services by interworking with AddPac VoIP and video terminals for small/medium size enterprise. At front, it has device status LED display, two fast Ethernet ports, RS-232C console port for CLI (Command Line Interface). At the back, it is composed of slots for 3 VoIP interface module installation. IPNext187 call scenario is designed to support basic call, coloring service, music on hold, blind transfer, call pickup, group call pickup, consult call, switching call, consult transfer, call waiting, call waiting notification, call park, call pickup remote, hunt group by interworking with AP-VP300, AP-VP280, AP-VP150 video phones, AP-IP300, AP-IP230, AP-IP160, AP-IP120, AP-IP90 IP phones. It is also embedded with RTP proxy feature for IPv6 address interwork, presence server feature for user presence through smart messenger, unified messaging server for voicemail feature, multimedia coloring, and RBT for music on hold feature.
AddPac IP-PBX solution provides IVR (Interactive Voice Response) scenario editor to cope with various user requirements for general enterprise, public office, and call center.
