AddPac technology introduces VoiceFinder AP600S, VoVPN (Voice over Virtual Private Network) gateway which has combined functions of VoIP and VPN together.

AP600S is ideal for small, middle scale companies and SOHOs which do not have high investment capacity to adopt VoIP gateway and VPN gateway independently. This is a cutting-edge VoIP gateway which supports advanced VPN functions as well as IPv6 (next generation internet protocol) protocol.

As a VoIP gateway, AP600S maintains high quality features of AddPac’s VoIP gateway series. It provides various voice compression codec based VoIP service such as G.711, G.723, G726 etc by connecting telephones with embedded 2 FXS analog voice ports. Especially it supports H323, SIP, MGCP concurrent triple stack so it is flexible for different service environments.

As a VPN gateway, AP600S delivers abundant networking service such as high-performance VPN, LAN-to-LAN routing, bridge service and NAT/PAT through 10/100Mbps Ethernet port for WAN connection along with 4-ports 10/100Mbps switching hub. In addition, it has advanced VPN features which include various encryption algorithms such as DES, 3DES, AES and 4-ports 10/100Mbps hub which also enable auto secure network. It ensures to have secure and reliable internet communication comparing to using separate switches or hubs.

QoS (Quality of Service) is the best function of AP600S. This controls system and network traffics, prevents bad influences which can affect high quality of VoIP service.
QoS is necessary to adopt voice and data communications especially in SOHO environments which have limited network bandwidth. AP600S ensures excellent VoIP service through QoS method such as high priority packet queuing.

AP600S is a converging network system with functions of routing, NAP/PAT, DHCP Server/Relay, public IP sharing etc. It is designed to deliver high performance in any network environments through various routing protocols such as static, IEEE 802.1Q VLAN Routing, RIP v1/v2, OSPF v2 and PPPoE for xDSL connection.
