AP7457 PCI Mezzanine Card is an outstanding high performance CPU board which consists of Motorola high-end processor 1.3GHz MPC7457 CPU and high performance PCI controller XPC107. It supports maximum 1.3GHz CPU clock mode, combining diverse I/O processing functions and powerful 64bit main operation processing function of maximum 2900MIPS MPC7457 G4 processor.
Giga-level AP7457 embedded CPU board solution, adopting a structured design that various communication applications such as ATM, Fast Ethernet and HLDC can be carried on PCI bus board solution, provides outstanding much higher performance than the existing 400MHz MPC750 CPU board. One of its special features is remarkably fast communication processing speed enhanced by MPC745x-supporting 512Kbyte On-Chip L2 Cache and 2MB On-Board L3 Cache memory. Built-ins such as 128-256Mbyte SDRAM, 16Mbyte Flash memory and Serial Chip are mounted on the board.
Its ATM SAR device drive from CONEXANT co. Ltd, can be applied to ATM application development as well as diverse applications based on real-time OS such as Linux or AddPac APOS.
