Overview

Smart Broadcasting Client (SBC) is software based video broadcasting client that is operated in IP based broadcasting solution.

AddPac Technology HD video broadcasting solution is composed of HD IP broadcasting media server, HD video broadcasting server, AP-VBT1000 HD broadcasting terminal, Smart Broadcasting Client, and AP-MBMS broadcasting management program. AddPac IP video media servers transmit/encode HD high quality real time images through DSP hardware and high performance processor. AddPac HD IP broadcasting media server opens a whole new world of high quality real time video based on high performance and stability. AP-VBS7000, AP-VBS6000, AP-VBS5000, AP-VBS3000 HD video media server, AP-SBS10000 broadcasting server, and AP-VBT1000 HD video broadcasting terminal are designed on the basis of hardware codec along with high performance RISC CPU embedded system to transmit/replay the high quality in real time.

Compressed image with H.264 supports stable video images in integrated network through AddPac QoS algorithm. It also processes 30 frames of 1080i Full HD; HD (1280X720) images per second with ~15Mbps transmit bandwidth in IP network environment. Especially, user may setup an appropriate frame rate and bit rate to accept low bandwidth and high bandwidth.

AddPac HD IP video broadcasting solution supports state of the art technology/service for IGMP multicast protocol, QoS (Quality of Service), error preparation, VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) for road balancing. Therefore, it is able to cope with various types of issue more flexibly in accordance with network environment. SBC video broadcasting client supports a next generation video codec H.264 video codec which support high resolution with low bandwidth as IP HD video broadcasting terminal client. It also supports RTSP standard streaming protocol. It is applicable to various IP based real time HD video broadcasting fields such as assembly broadcasting; preach broadcasting, remote lecture, and announcement.

SBC is designed to operate in MS Window based PC platform environment and able to use in web based Internet Explorer. It provides H.264 video codec to decode 4 video sessions. This also provide broadcasting channel selection function, live streaming broadcasting, replay of saved video files and layout setup function and snapshot function through Drag & Drop.

SBC broadcasting client software displays available broadcasting channels on upper left menu. Drag & drop into the black screen to display the images.



Live Broadcast Streaming

SBC software supports real time broadcasting and On-Demand recorded broadcasting. Main screen left menu displays broadcasting channel lists, upper video screen layout, video screen zoom in/out function, audio volume control function, and broadcasting screen.



Recording File Replay

SBC software allows replaying the saved broadcasting screen selectively in AP-SBS1000 broadcasting server. Click on play button on the left upper menu to view the lists and watch recorded broadcasting by using Drag & Drop.

Screen Layout Function

SBC software supports various screen configurations through SBC icon function. SBC video decoding supports up to 4 channels so that it is able to support 1 channel layout and 4 channel layout screen configuration. In case of multi channel, audio channel must be setup as specific channel. Broadcasting channel list on the left side of menu can be hidden based on choice. Also, it supports tool bar hide function to display on PC screen.

Snap Shot Function

SBC software snap shot function supports to capture the still images.
