Overview

AddPac IP based HD video broadcasting solution connected with broadcasting router and HD video broadcasting terminal with the high performance HD video broadcasting server as the center to transmit high quality HD broadcasting and voice broadcasting in real time. AP-VBS5000 system is IP based HD video broadcasting media server device which can support MPEG-4 video codec as well as H.264 video codec which provide high resolution and low bandwidth. It is composed of two port 10/100/1000Mbps gigabit Ethernet interface, one port RS-232C console interface, dual channel video/audio input interface, broadcasting manager S/W. It is applicable to various IP based real time HD level video broadcasting fields such as legislature broadcasting, preach broadcasting, and remote lecture.

Embedded Hardware Type HD High Performance Video Broadcasting Server

AddPac HD IP video broadcasting solution is composed of AP-VBS5000 HD video broadcasting media server, AP-SBS10000 video broadcasting server(VoD support), AP-BCR2000 broadcasting router, and AP-VBT1000 HD broadcasting terminal. AP-VBS5000 HD video broadcasting server is embedded with single source dual codec encoding function so that it can accept the existing MPEG-4 based legacy broadcasting terminal such as AddPac video phones. AddPac IP video broadcasting server can encode/decode HD quality images with combination of high performance DSP hardware and high performance processor.

Real Time HD Live Video/Voice

AddPac HD IP video broadcasting solution opens a whole new world of high quality real time broadcasting based on stability and performance. AP-VBS5000 HD video broadcasting media server, basic component AP-BCR2000 broadcasting router, and AP-VBT1000 HD video broadcasting terminal are designed on the basis of hardware codec, high performance RISC CPU based embedded system so that it provides real time transmit/replay the high quality video images. It can process 30 frames of HD (1280X720) video images per second with compressed H.264 codec so that it provides HDTV broadcasting with 1~8Mbps bandwidth in IP network environment. Depending on the network status, user may setup an appropriate frame rate and bit rate.

Multicasting and Advanced QoS Function

AddPac HD IP video broadcasting solution supports the-state-of-the-art technologies such as IGMP multicasting protocol, QoS (Quality of Service), VRPP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) for road balancing, and obstacle preparation. So, it is capable of accept various types of issue flexibly.
