Web based Smart Multimedia Manager (WSMM) is a new management software used for IP-PBX (SIP server features included) MCU devices in the next-generation multimedia telephony solutions of AddPac Technology.
WSMM is pure web based management software supporting the user management, device management, various call management, conference call management, event and trace monitoring, and powerful debugging of IP-PBX in various Web Brower environment such as Internet explorer, Smart Phone Web Browser, Tab Web browser.
Compared to previous SMM, new WSMM provides simple menu and easy configuration and Built-in IVR scenario editor. Also WSMM provides easy-to-user IP-PBX system API services and ways to integration with 3¡¯rd party systems. In addition to, WSMM supports the User Portal service to configure personal information, call forwarding, etc and Diagnostic Tools to analyze SIP call flow, current status and problems for terminal and trunk.
WSMM supports almost all web browsers based on HTML, Javascript. It can be operated following operating systems and web browsers such as Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2000/2003, Linux/Unix Platform, Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0/8.0/9.0, Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox/Safari /Opera, JavaScript + HTML supported browser ( Android, iPhone, iPad,... )
