This IP video phone can be used in many different places requiring emergency call features and supports video telephony service at optimum level in the general internet environment and the environment of the AddPac IP-PBX solution such as ADSL through all different kinds of transceiver, 3 x 4 dial button, video/voice codec, speaker interface and Power over Ethernet (PoE).
IP-based Video Emergency Phone
AP-EVP100 is an IP video emergency phone that AddPac has accumulated from Video, VoIP and IP Broadcasting application all the while and integrated with video/voice processing, signal processing and network technologies. Many features of AP-EVP100 are highly distinguished and they have been designed in high video quality DSP-based hardware architecture and integrated with Acoustic Echo Canceller which supports the built-in microphone and 2-way communication of Full Duplex. Also AP-EVP100 supports SIP VoIP signaling protocols and a wide range of video codecs of H.264, MPEG4, etc and voice codecs of G711, G726 depending on bandwidth availability, so AP-EVP100 can be used in just about anywhere with internet connection. This emergency telephone has been implemented with QoS to comply with the packet error and all different kinds of latency on internet, especially in a limited bandwidth situation
Advanced Video Communication
AP-EVP100 Emergency IP video phone is combination of signaling/voice processing technology and video processing technology. AP-EVP100 provides 128Kbps~1Mbps network with internet connection. Especially, it applies high end ¡°Error Resilience¡± technology to cope with various packet errors and ¡°Rate Control¡± to secure optimum level of resolution/frame rate in limited bandwidth environments. It also supports MPEG4 along with H.264 video codec and supports max. 30 fps (frame per second) of VGA(640 x 480) video image.
Power over Ethernet
AP-EVP100 has one (1) 10/100M Fast Ethernet port for Power over Ethernet (PoE) which can be connected to PoE Ethernet switch or PoE converter for use.
Smart Web Manager Function
AP-EVP100 IP emergency video phone is embedded with Smart Web Manager for video phone management. User may setup/manage emergency IP video phone through PC, smart phone, and tablet device.
Firmware Upgradable Structure
The hardware architecture of AP-EVP100 is designed on programmable high-performance RISC CPU, so that the AP-EVP100 is capable of adopting new capabilities and improvement by downloading firmware from the website or setting its auto-upgrade option, you can always use the latest version of features without much effort.
